Zyre is your local Asian Canadian women-owned tiny cannabis co. that also happens to make hugely popular cannabis products. We’re on the hunt for an Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help more retailers find out just how amazing we are! We are a very small team and you will notice that we really stand by diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. 

Job Description:

Listen up, future Sales Superstar! As our Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the one creating killer email campaigns, working those customer relationships, and making those sales like nobody’s business. You’ll be handling incoming inquiries like a pro, making calls and closing those deals,  keeping our customer database on point, and generating those reports like a boss. We need someone who can manage their time like a champ, socialize like a butterfly, and especially pay attention to the little things that come with keeping track of all the calls and follow-ups you’re making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing phone calls to retailers to maintain our awesome relationships and bring in new ones
  • Whip up some epic email campaigns that’ll make customers go “woah”
  • Keep those customer relationships strong and answer their questions like a pro
  • Stay on top of our sales game and keep that database in check, you understand that being a good salesperson means keeping your data and pipeline up to date
  • Occasionally hit the road for some field sales (1-2 days a month)
  • Team up with our marketing crew to create some crazy sales strategies and materials
  • Deliver the best customer service ever!


  • Be familiar with email campaigns and G-suite
  • Some previous experience with managing a sales pipeline
  • Be a boss at managing your time and working independently – you get to work from home!
  • A social butterfly with amazing communication skills, people just can’t help but share their feelings with you
  • You love those little details and having data look clean and organized
  • Have some cannabis knowledge, you know the difference between a distillate and a full-spectrum product and you know about terpenes and cannabinoids
  • Have a car for those occasional field sales (1-2 days a month)
  • Bonus points if you’re from the Greater Toronto Area and enjoy being in front of the camera for social media
